The "Mobile Branch" service is a digital financial channel that allows customers to conduct banking tasks such as opening savings and deposit accounts, credit cards, and check cards at a virtual branch without installing a separate mobile banking app.

At each Busan Bank branch, customers can directly decorate the screen image in the mobile interface by customizing staff information using characters and registering neighboring stores to promote local businesses near the branch, facilitating communication with customers.

They also provide differentiated specialized services to customers by directly registering recommended products and various events.

To use the "Mobile Branch" service, search for "Busan Bank" on Naver, Daum, or other platforms on your smartphone, select the desired branch from the homepage, and access the mobile branch.

The service can also be accessed via URLs sent from each Busan Bank branch.
