Gold Class·Optonics Donate 10 Mobile Electric Beds

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gold Class Co., Ltd. (Chairman Park Cheolhong) and Optonics Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Yongbeom) donated 10 mobile electric beds (worth 35 million KRW) to the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea.


The electric beds were delivered to a total of 10 social welfare facilities and institutions through the Gwangju Metropolitan City Senior Welfare Association and the Gwangju Disabled Welfare Facilities Association.


At the delivery ceremony on the 27th, Chairman Park Cheolhong of Gold Class Co., Ltd., CEO Lee Yongbeom of Optonics Co., Ltd., Gwangju Honor Society members Kim Donggi and Lee Sookhee, Chairman Son Jaehong of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Senior Welfare Association, and related officials attended the event.


Chairman Park said, "I hope the donated mobile electric beds will help with the health care of elderly and disabled people who have difficulty moving," and added, "We will continue to practice love for neighbors in need through sound social service activities and strive to fill the local community with sharing."


CEO Lee said, "We decided to deliver mobile electric beds through the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea to participate in the community movement to improve the welfare of neighbors," and added, "Especially in difficult times, we want to be a strength to overcome challenges together with neighbors around us."


Chairman Son Jaehong of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Senior Welfare Association said, "We thank Gold Class and Optonics for practicing sharing for neighbors," and added, "The donated mobile electric beds will be valuably used in elderly and disabled facilities in the region."
