[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Pohang City, the first in Gyeongbuk to open this month, operates the youth-tailored early intervention mental health center ‘Pohang Youth Mind Link,’ which provides free psychological testing and interview suit rental services to job-seeking youth aged 18 to under 34 in the region.
The city offers these benefits to support young people experiencing significant emotional difficulties such as stress from job searching by providing psychological tests and suit rental services to reduce their psychological burden and encourage a fresh start.
Eligible individuals are youth aged 18 to 34 who have a residence in Pohang or are enrolled in a university located in the area. They can apply for the free suit rental service after completing a free psychological test online with documents proving their interview. Free counseling is also available based on the psychological test results.

Operated under the Buk-gu Public Health Center, Pohang Youth Mind Link provides youth-friendly customized mental health services to promote mental health among local youth, support functional recovery for youth at high risk of mental disorders, and help them become independent members of society.
