[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Zenenbio announced on the 26th that it has decided to issue 12 billion KRW worth of anonymous, interest-bearing, unsecured private convertible bonds (CB).
The purpose of the fund raising is 10 billion KRW for operating funds and 2 billion KRW for debt repayment.
