[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] NCSoft announced on the 26th that it will hold recruitment briefings and job explanation sessions ahead of its 2022 new employee open recruitment.
The live recruitment briefing for new hires will be held simultaneously online and offline at 7 PM on the 5th of next month. Anyone can watch it through NC's official YouTube channel, and selected applicants who apply in advance will be given the opportunity to participate offline at NC's Pangyo R&D Center building.
During the briefing, recruitment officers will appear to directly explain the company and the recruitment process, providing advice helpful for joining the company. Job-specific managers will introduce the collaboration process within departments and conduct a Q&A session answering applicants' questions. For offline participants, a tour of the NC building and a Q&A program with recruitment officers will be arranged before the briefing.
The metaverse job explanation session will be held on the 7th of next month through NC's new metaverse (extended virtual world) platform ‘Miniverse’. Miniverse will be unveiled for the first time through the job explanation session. It is a user-created metaverse platform based on a 3D space where avatars can enjoy various online gatherings.
Through Miniverse, NC has prepared a way for more applicants to participate beyond the traditional one-on-one job consultation method. The session consists of a ‘job introduction session’ where job managers deliver information and a ‘real-time Q&A session’ to resolve questions. Applicants can check information through various contents such as ▲NC building tour ▲watching recruitment promotional videos ▲recruitment consultation ▲treasure hunt event in the Miniverse briefing hall implemented with a camping concept.
