Seoul Milk Launches New 'Dalgona·Salon Milk Tea' Milk Products: "Enjoy a Home Cafe Experience at Home"

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Seoul Milk Cooperative announced on the 26th that it has newly launched sterilized products of Dalgona and Salon Milk Tea milk made from domestic raw milk.

Previously, Seoul Milk introduced the new Dalgona Milk and Salon Milk Tea Milk in limited edition, packaged in large 300ml carton packages. This new product comes in a handy 190ml sterilized package. The sterilized pack does not require refrigeration before opening and can maintain the quality of the contents at room temperature.

Dalgona Milk is made with Seoul Milk 1A grade raw milk certified as 'K-Milk' and contains plenty of rich Dalgona syrup, characterized by the unique sweet and slightly bitter taste of Dalgona. Salon Milk Tea Milk realizes the authentic rich milk tea flavor with a golden ratio of Earl Grey black tea and Assam black tea. Salon Milk Tea Milk also uses only domestic raw milk from Seoul Milk’s exclusive farms certified by K-Milk, enhancing the milk’s smoothness. The new products will be available through an exclusive Naver launch shopping live broadcast at 9 PM on the 26th. Afterwards, they will be sold at major discount stores, department stores, and general retail outlets nationwide.

A representative of Seoul Milk Cooperative said, "We have released the processed milk flavors of Dalgona and Salon Milk Tea, which were loved by consumers, in a sterilized pack suitable for home cafe use," adding, "We hope these two new products, characterized by their convenient portable size and long shelf life at room temperature, will be loved as desserts."
