[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] NHN Cloud announced on the 26th that it has acquired cloud specialist company Injae INC and will expand its private cloud business.
With this acquisition, NHN Cloud plans to enhance its business competitiveness based on the private cloud and DevOps technology capabilities and service know-how possessed by Injae INC, and to respond more effectively to the public sector market where demand for private cloud is high.
To this end, the two companies will ▲ develop a platform optimized for private cloud environments, ▲ provide a cloud management platform (CMP) tailored to the cloud infrastructure environments of various clients, and ▲ collaborate to secure technologies and expand business opportunities for cloud native services such as DevOps and CI/CD.
Injae INC is a cloud specialist company established in 2001. Based on full-stack cloud services capable of consulting, designing, building, and operating cloud adoption, as well as cloud solutions developed and validated with proprietary technology, it has secured public institutions such as the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, National Information Resources Service, Korea Local Information Development Institute, Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute, KT, and IBK as clients.
In particular, with the cloud solution ‘CONE’ that integrates management of IaaS and PaaS, Injae INC was the first in Korea to obtain the ‘Cloud Interoperability’ certification from TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association). Furthermore, based on patented container-related technologies, it has provided reliable and versatile services.
