Genie Music Acquires 5.1 Billion KRW Worth of Juice Shares... 41.16% Stake

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Genie Music announced on the 21st that it will acquire 38,123 shares of Juice, a database and online information service provider, for approximately 5.1 billion KRW.

After acquiring the shares, Genie Music's stake in Juice will be 41.16%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 4th of next month.
