It is located at the very center of the first phase zone of Geomdan New Town, within walking distance of the newly established station (Station 101) on the extension of Incheon Subway Line 1 (scheduled for 2024). Once the new station opens, it will be possible to reach Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport within 30 minutes via Gyeyang Station (transfer station for Airport Railroad and Incheon Line 1). The Western Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX-D), passing through Geomdan New Town, is also being promoted.

In terms of residential environment, Ara Central Park is right in front of the complex, along with numerous neighborhood parks nearby, and Gyeyangcheon Stream and its waterfront park are also close. Being adjacent to the central commercial district allows convenient access to shopping and cultural facilities. The educational environment includes Haedeun Elementary School, Arakkum Kindergarten, Ara Middle School, Arago, and the planned Geomdan 1st and 3rd Elementary Schools, covering all age groups within walking distance. The Wondang district academy area and Incheon English Village are also nearby.
