[Notice] 'Power K-Women' Breaking Boundaries and Creating Value

The ‘2022 Women Leaders Forum’ hosted by Asia Economy will open on October 19. Building on the achievements of the past decade, the Women Leaders Forum has established itself as a premier networking platform for women representing South Korea. This year’s event, held under the theme ‘Breaking Boundaries and Creating Value,’ focuses on ‘K-Women.’ It will announce the selection of ‘Power K-Women’?figures who have overcome barriers such as race, nationality, and disability, making an impact both domestically and internationally. The keynote speakers include Chairwoman Kelly Choi, who built the global food service company ‘Kellydeli,’ and writer Seul-Ah Lee, who has stirred the literary world with her subscription essay ‘Daily Seul-Ah.’ Former French Minister of Culture Fleur Pellerin (CEO of Corelia Capital) and Lisa Son, Professor of Psychology at Columbia University’s Barnard College, will deliver special lectures sharing new perspectives on leadership. On the same day, Asia Economy will also hold the ‘7th Asia Gender Equality Index Awards’ ceremony, encouraging companies actively fostering women’s leadership and building gender-equal organizational cultures, and providing a platform to share their experiences and knowledge.
