As demand focuses on properties near waterfronts that offer a pleasant natural environment, W Construction and Unam Construction announced that they will launch ‘Buseong Station Unam Firstville’ this month.


‘Buseong Station Unam Firstville’ is located in Budae-dong, Cheonan City, consisting of 6 buildings with a total of 316 units ranging from basement level 2 to a maximum of 20 floors. It is characterized by offering only 84㎡ units, which are popular among actual buyers. Moreover, it is situated near Buseong Station (scheduled to open), adjacent to Seongseong Lake Park, where residents can enjoy ecological education and experience spaces using the ecological forest, ecological playground, and picnic area within the park, thus enjoying a pleasant green premium.

The complex is just a 10-minute drive from Seongseong District and Dujeong District, allowing shared living areas.
