Dong-Eui Science University and Seyeon High School are signing a 2+2 linked education program agreement and taking a group commemorative photo.
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Dong-Eui Institute of Technology signed a 2+2 linked curriculum agreement with Seyeon High School on the 14th at the university's main building conference room.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dong-Eui Institute of Technology President Kim Young-do, Director of Admissions and Public Relations Lee Tae-sik, Professor Kim Eun-hee of the Dessert Cafe Startup Department, Professor Kim Kwang-pil of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Seyeon High School Principal Jo Jae-hyung, Head of Specialized Curriculum Department Park Sun-ok, and Head of Employment Department Park Ki-ryeong.
The 2+2 linked curriculum is an educational program that connects the two-year specialized high school course with the two-year junior college course to cultivate skilled technicians demanded by local industries.
The main contents of the agreement include joint research and development of the linked curriculum, shared use of advanced experimental practice facilities and equipment, and mutual exchange and joint training of faculty and students.
As a result of the agreement, starting from the 2024 academic year admissions, students from the Cafe Management Department of Seyeon High School will have the opportunity to be given priority admission to the Dessert Cafe Startup Department at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology after graduation.
