Gyeyang is emerging as the economic center of Incheon. The development project of Gyeyang Technovalley New Town and various residential environment improvement projects are gaining momentum, and with the concretization of the comprehensive transportation network construction project, it is transforming into a self-sufficient economic city.


In fact, as the branding of existing reconstruction apartments is in full swing, the real estate market in the Gyeyang area is also gaining vitality. Development benefits such as surrounding new town development, residential environment improvement, and road network expansion are pouring in, and with expectations that future value will increase, demand and investors continue to flock to the area.

It features a 4-bay, 4-room cross-ventilated slab-type structure, providing excellent lighting and ventilation. Specialized large dressing rooms and entrance pantries have been designed to diversify storage space. The first floor of the complex includes auxiliary welfare facilities and a pilotis design to enhance comfort and openness within the complex.


‘Incheon Jakjeon Hanra Vivaldi’ is located in the center of Gyeyang-gu, allowing residents to enjoy abundant living infrastructure. Within a 2 km radius from the complex, there are various shopping and convenience facilities such as Homeplus Jakjeon Branch, E-Mart Gyeyang Branch, Homeplus Gyesan Branch, Lotte Mart Gyeyang Branch, and CGV Gyeyang Branch. Using Incheon Subway Line 1, it takes two stops to Bupyeong-gu Office Station, a transfer station to Seoul Subway Line 7, and four stops to Bupyeong Station, a transfer station to Seoul Subway Line 1.


Access to Gyeongin Expressway (Bupyeong IC), Seoul Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway (Gyeyang IC), Bongodaero, and National Road No. 6 is convenient, enabling quick travel to major hubs such as Seoul, Incheon, Gimpo, and Bucheon. The S-BRT (premium Bus Rapid Transit system) connecting Incheon Gyeyang and Bucheon Daejang District is scheduled to open in 2026 near the complex, and with the extension of Seoul Subway Line 2, accessibility to Seoul is expected to improve further.


The educational environment is also excellent. Elementary, middle, and high schools such as Hwajeon Elementary, Seongji Elementary, Jakdong Elementary, Jakjeon Elementary, Jakjeon Middle, Jakjeon High, Jakjeon Girls' High, and Annam High are concentrated within a 1 km radius right next to the complex. The academy district near Gyeyang-gu Office is conveniently accessible, and the Gyeongin National University of Education Incheon Campus is also nearby. Additionally, the surrounding area includes Cheonmasan, Gyeyangsan, Gyeyangsan Forest Bathing Area, and Seoun Sports Park, providing a pleasant residential environment.
