[eDisclosure Notice] Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Win 331.8 Billion KRW LNG-Powered Car Carrier Orders (Morning Summary)

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering announced that its subsidiary Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries has secured an order worth 331.8 billion KRW for two LNG-fueled dual-fuel pure car and truck carriers (DF PCTC) from a Middle Eastern shipping company. This amount corresponds to 7.82% of last year's sales revenue.

▲SK Hynix=Set the record date for quarterly dividends as the 30th of this month.


▲Hyundai Glovis=Announced that it has signed a finished vehicle maritime transportation contract worth 2.1881 trillion KRW, which corresponds to 10% of recent sales revenue.

▲YMC=Announced that it has entered into a trust contract to acquire treasury shares worth 3 billion KRW to stabilize its stock price and enhance shareholder value.
