It was reported that the ‘Namseong Station Central Park’ apartment complex, planned to be built in Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, will consist of 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 502 units, and is currently recruiting new association members. The scheduled construction company is Hyundai Engineering & Construction.
The complex will be composed of four types of units ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡, which are highly preferred by residential demand groups, and will offer full-option home appliances such as large refrigerators, dishwashers, air conditioners, washing machines, and dryers free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
In particular, the complex is oriented mainly southward to maximize ventilation and natural lighting, and applies an indoor environment control platform including an air purification and fine dust reduction system to provide a comfortable living environment. Additionally, it offers safety and convenience through IoT systems and double or triple security systems, and features community-specialized designs such as a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, indoor children’s exercise facilities, daycare center, senior citizens’ center, and caf?.
‘Namseong Station Central Park’ is located in an ultra-station area right in front of Namseong Station on Line 7, with Isu Station on Line 4 also nearby. Furthermore, it is connected to a well-developed transportation network including Sadang-ro, Gyeongbu Expressway, and Olympic-daero. In addition, it is situated in a school district with Namseong Elementary School, Haengnim Elementary School, Sadang Middle School, and Dongjak High School, and is surrounded by large forest areas such as Kkachisan Park, Kkachisan Neighborhood Park (design service in progress), and Gwanaksan Dulle-gil trail.
A representative of ‘Namseong Station Central Park’ stated, “The location in the ultra-station area of Namseong Station, along with abundant infrastructure such as Shinsegae Department Store, Homeplus, E-Mart, Namseong Market, and the Cultural Center, is attracting attention with a reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market prices.” They added, “Especially, as the association applies the July 24 measures that strengthen the stability of local housing associations, it is expected to have safe and transparent project feasibility, leading to increased inquiries.”
