Anyang City is rapidly advancing the 'Indeokwon Area Development Project,' showing increased momentum and speed in its progress. The city plans to hold a 'Landowners Briefing Session for the Indeokwon Area Urban Development Project' on the 25th.
This project involves lifting the development restriction zone and aims to strengthen Anyang City's future urban competitiveness and revitalize the local economy. Previously, Anyang City actively pursued this project, including preparing a plan to lift the development restriction zone in 2018.
The project includes developing approximately 150,000㎡ of land around Indeokwon Station on Subway Line 4 in Dongan-gu, Anyang City, forming a complex including a youth smart town, and constructing a total of 814 housing units, including 400 units of youth housing. Additionally, Anyang City expressed its intention to foster and develop the area as an economic hub in the central metropolitan region by creating jobs, establishing a public knowledge industry center that will serve as an incubator for the 4th industrial revolution, and building general housing to stabilize housing for low-income residents.
As Anyang City gains attention for transforming Indeokwon into a future mecca area equipped with transfer, residential, business, and urban support facilities, the Indeokwon area is drawing significant interest. The Indeokwon Area Development Project is expected to create smart mixed-use landmark buildings with all-in-one functions. Furthermore, with the strengthening of transportation infrastructure such as the GTX-C line, Wolpan Line, and Indong Line, expectations are rising for the formation of a quadruple station area and a cluster business valley connecting Gangnam, Gwacheon, and Indeokwon.
Meanwhile, AM Plus Indeokwon Co., Ltd.'s knowledge industry center 'Indeokwon Station AK Valley' is currently available for sale. AM Plus Indeokwon Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of AM Plus Asset Development Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Aekyung Group and the Military Mutual Aid Association, and is offering the third AK Valley following the successful sales of the advanced knowledge industry centers 'Seoul Forest AK Valley' and 'Seongsu AK Valley.'
'Indeokwon Station AK Valley' will be constructed in Dongan-gu, Anyang City, with 2 basement floors and 15 above-ground floors, covering a total floor area of 30,830㎡. It is located within the Anyang Venture Valley (Anyang Venture Business Promotion District). This location serves as a hub in the southern metropolitan knowledge-based industry belt connected to Pangyo and Gwanggyo Techno Valleys and is the largest beneficiary area of the Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town development, indicating abundant demand.
The living and convenience infrastructure and transportation environment are excellent. The project site is within 700 meters of Indeokwon Station, making public transportation convenient. It is also adjacent to major roads such as the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway, and Seoul Ring Expressway, facilitating easy commuting. Through Gyeongsu-daero, it forms an excellent metropolitan transportation network connecting southwestern Seoul, Seongnam, and southern Gyeonggi Province. Nearby amenities include E-Mart, Homeplus, CGV, and Lotte Cinema, offering advantages in living and convenience infrastructure.
