The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that from 3:50 a.m. on the 6th, vehicle traffic in both directions on Olympic-daero between Gayang Bridge and Dongjak Bridge will be completely restricted.

Earlier, from 12:35 a.m., traffic in both directions on the ramp at Yeoui Lower IC on Olympic-daero near Hangang Bridge was restricted as the Han River water level exceeded 4.75 meters.

At the same time, the Seoul Office of Education formed a Situation Management Task Force and initiated an emergency work system to prepare for the typhoon. The task force inspects ▲pre-checks of disaster-vulnerable facilities ▲removal of risk factors ▲safety measures for facilities and adjustments to academic operations.
