[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, has produced and distributed a leaflet titled 'Understanding Real Estate Transaction Reporting' to establish a fair and transparent real estate transaction order.
The county announced on the 2nd that it created the leaflet to inform the public about the main contents of the 'Act on Reporting Real Estate Transactions, etc.' and distributed it to the Happiness Civil Service Division of the county office and the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Centers.
This is the second measure this year to establish real estate transaction order, following the production and distribution of the 'Understanding Real Estate Transaction Reporting' poster in June.
The leaflet and poster were designed to allow residents to easily view important real estate information such as real estate transaction reporting details and brokerage fees.
The leaflet includes ▲corporate housing transaction reporting details ▲housing lease reporting details ▲prohibition of real estate price distortion and collusion ▲obligations, procedures, and methods related to real estate transaction reporting ▲and brokerage fees and other real estate-related content.
A county official said, "We will continue to provide residents with information related to real estate transaction reporting and do our best to ensure transparency in real estate transaction reporting and establish transaction order in Hwasun-gun."
