▲ iWons = Announced that the embezzlement and breach of trust case worth 5.4 billion KRW filed last month against CEO Kim of iWons was all dismissed due to insufficient evidence by the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.


▲ H&B Design = Announced an additional payment of 2 billion KRW as an interim payment for acquiring management rights of Daehan Jonggeon. With this interim payment, a total of 8 billion KRW out of the 20 billion KRW acquisition price has been paid.


▲ KG ETS = Announced that its subsidiary KG Mobility acquired shares of Ssangyong Motor (003620) worth 365.49 billion KRW. Acquired 73,098,000 shares to acquire Ssangyong Motor. The acquisition date is scheduled for September 21.


▲ Ecopro = Announced that software development company Couchgram withdrew from its subsidiaries. The reason for withdrawal is bankruptcy closure. Accordingly, the total number of subsidiaries decreased from 10 to 9.
