Cheonan 'The Sharp Shinbu Centra' with Prestigious School District to Watch for Parents

In the housing market, apartments located in areas with excellent school districts are known as 'unbeatable hits.' This is because parents with a strong passion for education seek regions with prestigious school districts to provide their children with superior educational environments.


Accordingly, apartments in prestigious school districts tend to have higher prices than those in other areas due to abundant demand. In Seoul, Banpo-dong, Daechi-dong, and Gaepo-dong, which correspond to the Gangnam 8 school districts, are representative examples.

According to KB Live On's price per area data (as of August 19), Beomeo-dong in Suseong-gu, Daegu, known as a prestigious school district, has a price of 28.54 million KRW per 3.3㎡, more than twice the average price of 11.84 million KRW in Daegu. Sajik-dong in Dongnae-gu, the center of Busan's school districts, also stands out with 19.21 million KRW per 3.3㎡, significantly exceeding Busan's average of 14.37 million KRW, demonstrating the prestige of renowned school districts.


An industry insider stated, "In our country, where the passion for education is higher than anywhere else, the value of prestigious school districts is very significant," adding, "Therefore, the popularity of complexes with prestigious school districts is expected to remain steady this year as well."

In September, POSCO Construction is expected to attract much attention from many devoted parents by supplying 'The Sharp Sinbu Centra' in Sinbu-dong, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, an area with an excellent school district. Right in front of the project site are Bukil High School and Bukil Girls' High School, and Sinbu Elementary School is also nearby.


In particular, Bukil High School is the only nationwide autonomous private high school in Cheonan and is a prestigious school representing Cheonan, having received the only first-grade rating in the Chungnam Office of Education's '2015 Private School Management Evaluation,' which has attracted significant interest from parents.


The surrounding area is also rich in green spaces, providing a good environment for raising children. Dosol Square, a city neighborhood park with a lawn plaza and various green spaces, is nearby, making the residential environment pleasant. Residents can also enjoy light walks along the Cheonancheon waterfront adjacent to the complex, extending to Cheonho Reservoir and Cheonhoji Sports Park.


'The Sharp Sinbu Centra' is planned to be built with 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 23 floors above ground, comprising a total of 592 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 150㎡. The types include ▲59㎡A with 87 units ▲59㎡B with 15 units ▲84㎡A with 83 units ▲84㎡B with 242 units ▲84㎡C with 121 units ▲101㎡ with 40 units ▲150㎡ with 4 units, offering a wide range from small to large types.


The complex will feature diverse community facilities, including a sports zone with a fitness center and indoor golf practice range, an edu zone with a reading room and book cafe, and a public zone with a daycare center and guest house.


The model house for 'The Sharp Sinbu Centra' is scheduled to open in September.
