▲ HYBE = Decided to acquire 711,385 shares by participating in a third-party allotment for a paid-in capital increase of its subsidiary Weverse Company. The scale is 100 billion KRW, and the number of shares owned after acquisition will expand to 55.45%. The company explained that this is to strengthen platform services through the global business expansion of Weverse Company. HYBE Japan announced that it will transfer its Japan platform business, including fan commerce business in Japan, to its affiliate HYBE Japan, and focus its capabilities on the label and solution sectors such as artist development and localization business. The transfer amount for the Japan platform business is 155 billion KRW.

▲ Meritz Financial Group = Decided to cancel 1,266,472 common shares. The cancellation price per share is 500 KRW, and the total cancellation amount is 49,997,424,250 KRW. The scheduled cancellation date is the 6th of next month.

▲ Doosan = Disposed of all shares of its subsidiary Doosan Property. Doosan Property is a company engaged in leasing non-residential buildings, and Doosan previously held 975,200 shares (46.0%).
