Silla University University Job Plus Center Holds 'Local Youth Outreach Briefing Sessions' Tour Officials from the Silla University University Job Plus Center are conducting an "On-site Information Session" at Sasang Subway Station.


[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Silla University University Job Plus Center held a "visiting briefing session" tour to help local youth with their career paths and employment.


The university held briefing sessions for local youth at the outdoor plaza of Busan Sasang Apple Outlet on the 24th, Busan Library on the 26th, and Sasang Subway Station on the 30th.


The briefing sessions were conducted in collaboration with related organizations and companies in the Western Busan area to provide local youth with information on career paths and employment, as well as to inform them about government youth employment policies.


About 100 local youths participated in the sessions, which included ▲ an introduction to the University Job Plus Center projects ▲ an overview of youth employment policies such as the National Employment Support System, the Tomorrow Learning Card, and Busan Dream Closet ▲ career aptitude tests like the Holland test ▲ coaching on writing self-introduction letters ▲ and provision of recruitment information.


The Silla University University Job Plus Center plans to continue holding briefing sessions in the second half of the year at places such as Sasang District Office to promote the University Job Plus Center projects and various youth employment policies, and to communicate with young people to resolve employment difficulties.


Bae Il-kwon, head of the University Job Plus Center, said, "Although the employment situation is difficult, we organized this event to continuously support the employment of youth in the Western Busan area and to gather voices from the field," adding, "We will strive to ensure that Silla University plays a central role in supporting the career paths and employment of youth in the Western Busan area."


The Silla University University Job Plus Center provides career and employment support services such as job discovery, matching services, career guidance, and psychological counseling for current students, graduates, and local youth, supported by budgets from the Ministry of Employment and Labor, universities, and local governments.
