[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Hwang Sung-woo, CEO of Samsung SDS, emphasized that the company is making company-wide efforts to support clients' cloud migration.
On the 30th, Samsung SDS held the 'REAL Summit 2022' event under the theme 'Growth and Future of Enterprises through Cloud,' sharing success strategies and case studies.
The event invited business clients who are currently driving or planning digital innovation in cloud environments. The program was organized around the theme of 'Business and Factory Innovation in Cloud Environments.'
On this day, CEO Hwang presented Samsung SDS's multidimensional methodology supporting clients' most optimized digital transformation in cloud environments, the 'Digital Transformation Cube (DT Cube)' framework.
CEO Hwang stated, "Samsung SDS continues company-wide efforts to efficiently support clients' cloud migration strategy planning and execution," highlighting the advancement of the Samsung SDS private cloud 'Samsung Cloud Platform (SCP)' launched last year and the acquisition of over 5,000 public cloud certifications?the largest number domestically?to strengthen capabilities as a cloud management service provider (MSP).
He added, "We plan to offer various connected services such as software as a service (SaaS), data analytics, automation, and knowledge management on a new IT work platform that supports efficient development and operations," and "Through this, we will support enterprise clients' cloud migration more effectively."
At the event, a total of 18 sessions across three tracks were presented under the theme of 'Business and Factory Innovation in Cloud Environments.' On-site consulting by Samsung SDS experts in each field was provided, allowing attending clients to address their concerns.
