Pernod Ricard, Brown-Forman, Transbeverage, D&P Spirits, Dali, and Others Participate
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] The 2022 Seoul Bar & Spirit Show (Seoul Bar Show) announced its participating brands on the 25th. Following last year, the second Seoul Bar Show will be held on the 15th of next month at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
This event will feature participants including Pernod Ricard Korea, Brown-Forman, Lotte Chilsung Beverage, Metabev Korea, Indulge, Transbeverage, D&P Spirits, Hite Jinro Beverage, and Bohae Brewery. The organizers stated, “The event is planned to introduce new liquor trends and serve as a networking platform,” adding, “Domestic and international liquor companies importing and distributing various types of alcoholic beverages will participate, promising to offer visitors a unique experience.”
Pernod Ricard Korea will showcase single malt whiskies such as Aberlour and Glenlivet, Brown-Forman will present Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey and Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey, while Transbeverage and D&P Spirits will exhibit a variety of single malt and bourbon whiskies. Summerhall Distillery, participating for the first time this year, is an importer specializing in Scottish liquors and will unveil The Brodie Hen blended whisky.
Additionally, domestic liquor companies such as Dali, Taesan Liquor, Fundrink, Bujajin, Hangang Global, Plus One Group, Suldamhwa, Dongwon Tech, as well as Yeongdong Wine, Ssi Makgeolli, My Beer, and Holy Water will also participate. Various events including tastings will be held at all participating brand booths.
The Seoul Bar Show, where visitors can experience a wide range of brands related to whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, as well as Korea’s representative special bars, home bar supplies, and the liquor industry, will take place for three days from the 15th to the 17th of next month at COEX, 3rd floor, Hall D.
