[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Hanjin KAL announced on the 23rd that its subsidiary, Kal Hotel Network, has decided to dispose of Jeju KAL Hotel to Jeju Dream PFV Co., Ltd. for 95 billion KRW.
The disposal amount corresponds to 17.78% of the total assets.
The company explained the purpose of the disposal as "to improve the financial structure, including repayment of borrowings."
