Pillaware Signs MOU with DaolTS to Pioneer B2B Market

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Min-jae] PillaWare, a virtualization solution specialist company (CEO Kim Yoon-chul), is joining hands with DaolTS (CEO Hong Jung-hwa), the domestic distributor of Dell Technologies, to actively pioneer new markets in business-to-business (B2B) transactions. On the 22nd, PillaWare announced that it signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DaolTS for sales and technical support to develop new markets.

Accordingly, PillaWare will provide sales and technical support related to VMware-based solutions to DaolTS. DaolTS plans to support PillaWare with sales and technical aspects related to Dell Technologies to maximize the strengths and collaborative effects of both companies.

First, the two companies decided to focus on targeting the domestic B2B market. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, they plan to combine PillaWare and DaolTS’s technology and solutions to support digital transformation projects of major companies, aiming to increase market share and grow as leading companies in this field.
