Mediance Signs Trust Contract to Acquire 1 Billion KRW Worth of Treasury Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Mediangs announced on the 22nd that it has signed a trust contract with Samsung Securities to acquire its own shares worth 1 billion KRW to stabilize its stock price and enhance shareholder value.

The contract period is until February 22 of next year.
