[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Doosan Construction announced on the 22nd that it will begin accepting first-come, first-served (so-called "Jupjup") subscription applications for the remaining units of Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central, supplied in Dong-gu, Incheon, starting from the 24th.
Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central is a complex consisting of 12 buildings with a total of 1,321 households, ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, developed through the Songnim 3 District Housing Redevelopment Project. The types available for first-come, first-served sale this time are small to medium-sized units, including △39㎡ 20 units, △46㎡ 147 units, and △51㎡ 108 units.
The complex is close to large-scale workplaces such as Hyundai Steel (formerly Incheon Steel - INI Steel), where about 11,500 people work, Hyundai Doosan Infracore (formerly Daewoo Heavy Industries), and Dongkuk Steel.
It also offers good access to metropolitan transportation networks, including Seoul Subway Line 1’s Dongincheon Station and Dowon Station, Incheon-daero, Gyeongin Expressway, and the Second Capital Area Outer Ring Expressway.
Nearby the complex are 17 elementary, middle, and high schools, including Seoheung Elementary, Seorim Elementary, Dongsan Middle, and Dongsan High School. It is also convenient to use existing living infrastructure such as large marts, parks, and hospitals. Emart Traders, Songhyeon Neighborhood Park, Songnim Gymnasium, and Incheon Regional Joint Government Building are nearby, and Incheon Baek Hospital, with 234 general hospital beds, is located within 200 meters in a straight line.
This first-come, first-served contract is available to anyone aged 19 or older regardless of household head status, housing ownership, subscription savings account, or residence qualifications. Subscription applications can be made online through the official website. Prospective visitors can make a visit reservation through the official website of ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central.’
The complex will accept subscription applications on the 24th, conduct a lottery on the 25th, and hold contracts on the 27th. The sale rights concluded through the first-come, first-served contract are not included in the number of houses owned. In particular, Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central is a complex where the construction period exceeds three years, allowing resale before moving in, and the status of non-homeowner is maintained when resale of sale rights occurs.
