The webtoon "Sarinja Onangam" by artist Kkomabi is being adapted into a Netflix series. On the 19th, Netflix announced that Choi Woo-shik, Son Seok-gu, and Lee Hee-joon will star in the drama. It tells the story of an ordinary man who accidentally starts committing murder and the detective who relentlessly pursues him. The drama is directed by Lee Chang-hee, who also directed "Strangers from Hell" and the film "Midnight Runners." The screenplay is written by newcomer writer Kim Da-min. The production involves Showbox, known for the drama "Itaewon Class," and Let's Film, which produced the films "Moss" and "Eungyo." The original webtoon gained popularity for its shocking plot twists that contrast with its cute art style. It has won awards such as the Korea Content Awards Newcomer Comic Award, Today's Our Comics Award, and the Reader Comics Award Jury Prize.
