Pyeongchang Blue Development Co., Ltd. plans to launch sales of the premium villa-style golf village "Alpensia Village 700" at the Pyeongchang Alpensia Resort in September. Located in one of Korea's premier tourist destinations, this development offers year-round leisure activities and is situated right in front of a golf course, providing a pleasant living environment. Accessibility from Seoul is also convenient. Using the Yeongdong Expressway, it takes about two hours by car from Seoul, and the nearby KTX Jinbu Station allows easy travel by KTX from Seoul Cheongnyangni Station. Additionally, it is easy to reach the beaches of Gangneung and Yangyang by car.
