Chong Kun Dang Health Selected as 'Top Job Creator in Korea' by Ministry of Employment and Labor

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] Chong Kun Dang Health announced on the 19th that it received a certification plaque at the '2022 Korea Job Excellence Company Certification Ceremony.'

The Korea Job Excellence Company Certification Ceremony has been held annually since 2010 under the supervision of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. It was established to encourage companies' achievements and efforts in job creation and to promote the creation of quality jobs. Excellence companies are awarded a certification plaque in the name of the President, and receive 212 administrative and financial supports such as credit evaluation and preferential interest rates, tax audit deferrals, and exemption from regular labor inspections.

Chong Kun Dang Health was recognized for creating quality jobs by newly hiring 131 employees last year and expanding the female employment rate to over 50%. The company also took the lead in stabilizing youth employment by hiring graduates from specialized high schools as office workers and actively participating in the Tomorrow Filling Deduction system, which helps young workers build assets over the past two years (67 participants).
