[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jin-young] Paradise Hotel & Resort announced on the 19th that it will launch three premium home meal replacement (HMR) Chuseok gift sets, allowing customers to give high-quality gifts to their loved ones for the first holiday after the endemic phase.
The newly introduced Paradise Hotel & Resort HMR Chuseok gift sets consist of three popular holiday gift items: LA Galbi Ribs, Braised Short Ribs, and LA Galbi. Only premium beef cuts of USDA upper choice grade are used, and the products are manufactured in HACCP-certified facilities approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, ensuring trustworthy consumption. Notably, a master chef with over 36 years of experience in fine dining at domestic and international luxury hotels directly participated in product development, capturing the authentic flavors that can only be experienced at a hotel.
The signature product, LA Galbi Ribs, uses only the 6th, 7th, and 8th ribs out of the 13 ribs of the cow. The abundant marbling, spread like snowflakes on the meat, offers a soft and rich flavor that fills the mouth. Additionally, the ribs are meticulously hand-trimmed and cut thickly to a golden 1cm thickness to maximize the rich juice and texture of the lean meat. They are hygienically packaged in two 1kg packs, making storage convenient.
The Braised Short Ribs are made from carefully selected premium beef cuts with excellent marbling, maturity, meat color, and muscle elasticity. The recipe includes a master chef’s secret technique from Paradise Hotel, using cheongju (rice wine) to cleanly remove any gamey smell, and domestic apples, pears, purees, and plum extract to enhance umami flavor. The set is composed of seven 500g packs, ideal for one to two people.
The LA Galbi features high-quality beef aged with a special sauce made in a golden ratio, crafted with the know-how of the Paradise Hotel master chef. The meat is trimmed to an optimal 9mm thickness for LA Galbi, allowing for rich juices and the best texture, harmonizing perfectly with the seasoning to deliver a balanced taste. It is packaged in eight 400g packs.
These three premium HMR Chuseok gift sets from Paradise Hotel & Resort will be sold through Hyundai Home Shopping broadcasts. LA Galbi will be featured on August 22, LA Galbi Ribs on August 28, and Braised Short Ribs on September 2.
