July Pre-Subscription Winning Threshold 17.16 Million Won ... Competition Rate 13.5 to 1

Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 18th that the average deposit amount in subscription savings accounts for general supply winners in the public pre-sale housing subscription held last month was 17.16 million KRW.

The highest deposit amounts in subscription savings accounts for general supply by pre-sale districts were 31.18 million KRW in Namyangju Wangsuk 2, 31.12 million KRW in Goyang Changneung, 28.40 million KRW in Namyangju Wangsuk, 22.60 million KRW in Pyeongtaek Godeok, and 21.20 million KRW in Hwaseong Taean 3.

The highest scoring winners in the special supply for multi-child families scored 90 points in Namyangju Wangsuk 2, 85 points in Goyang Changneung, 80 points in Namyangju Wangsuk, 75 points in Pyeongtaek Godeok, and 80 points in Hwaseong Taean 3.

In the case of special supply for newlyweds, priority supply (highest score 13 points) was closed in Namyangju Wangsuk 2 (A6 type 74) and Pyeongtaek Godeok (A18-2 type 51).

The remaining supply was decided by second-priority lottery for Goyang Changneung (S1 type 59), Namyangju Wangsuk (S12 type 59), Pyeongtaek Godeok (A18-2 type 59 and A19 type 74), and Hwaseong Taean 3 (B3 type 84), while winners for other housing types were all decided by first-priority lottery.

The highest deposit amounts in subscription savings accounts for special supply for elderly parents by district were 2.8 million KRW in Goyang Changneung, 24.5 million KRW in Namyangju Wangsuk, 21.4 million KRW in Namyangju Wangsuk 2, 15.3 million KRW in Pyeongtaek Godeok, and 15 million KRW in Hwaseong Taean 3.

Earlier, the pre-sale subscription for five districts held from the 25th to 29th of last month attracted a total of 64,470 applicants for 4,763 households, showing an average competition rate of 13.5 to 1.
