[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] Hyundai Asset Management announced on the 16th that it will hold an event for customers trading the UNICORN ETF.
The event, running until September 30, is available to customers who apply through Kiwoom Securities. If the daily trading amount of the Hyundai UNICORN R&D Active ETF is between 10 million KRW and less than 100 million KRW, customers will receive a 5,000 KRW GS25 mobile gift card. For amounts between 100 million KRW and less than 300 million KRW, a 20,000 KRW Shinsegae gift card will be given. Among customers with trading amounts of 300 million KRW or more, five will be selected by lottery to receive a 50,000 KRW Shinsegae gift card.
Meanwhile, the Hyundai UNICORN R&D Active ETF is an ETF that invests in companies with growth potential by focusing on their research and development capabilities. It is the first ETF in Korea to focus on corporate R&D.
A key feature of the UNICORN R&D Active ETF is that it allows diversified investment across companies in various industries, making it attractive as a long-term investment product. The fund is managed by Lee Sung-min, Head of Quantitative Operations, and Lee Sang-min, Manager, of Hyundai Asset Management’s Equity Operations Group.
