‘Bongdam Xi Lajenne’ in A-1 Block of Donghwa District, Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, will accept first-priority subscription applications from other regions (Gyeonggi, Seoul, Incheon) on the 18th (Thursday).
According to the Subscription Home, Bongdam Xi Lajenne received 1,082 applications for 500 units (excluding special supply) during the first-priority subscription for the relevant area (Hwaseong-si) on the 17th, recording an average competition rate of 2.16 to 1. Among the total nine housing types, eight housing types filled their recruitment quotas except for one type with three units.
Notably, since the ratio of preliminary winners for Bongdam Xi Lajenne is 500%, subscription opportunities have also opened up for first-priority applicants from other regions (the entire metropolitan area) for some types. Accordingly, high interest is expected from metropolitan area applicants who have been interested in Bongdam Xi Lajenne.
Bongdam Xi Lajenne will be developed on a scale of 862 households in seven buildings from two basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 112㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is composed of △59㎡A 49 units △59㎡B 48 units △84㎡A 431 units △84㎡B 83 units △84㎡C 72 units △84㎡D 65 units △101㎡A 88 units △101㎡B 22 units △112㎡A 4 units (penthouse).
The Donghwa District in Hwaseong, where Bongdam Xi Lajenne is located, is a private urban development project covering 299,855㎡ in the Bongdam-eup area of Hwaseong-si. In particular, ‘Bongdam Xi Rafine’ with 750 households is scheduled to move into Donghwa District A-3 Block, forming a Xi brand town with a total of 1,612 households together with this complex.
Especially in Hwaseong Bongdam, large construction company brand apartments (excluding rentals) among the already occupied complexes and those scheduled to move in by 2024 account for only about 20% of the total number of households, increasing the rarity of brand apartments.

With a low building-to-land ratio of about 14%, the central part of the complex will feature ‘Elysian Garden,’ a garden-type landscaping space representing Xi. Just south of Elysian Garden, a ‘Water Gallery’ with rhythmic, three-dimensional multi-layered water features and resting facilities will be provided, and on the north side of the complex, ‘Eco Pond,’ a complex resting space combining refreshing water features and lush greenery, will be established to enhance comfort.
Various differentiated community facilities unique to Xi will also be introduced. Inside Club Xi within the complex, there will be a fitness club, golf practice range, GX room, male and female saunas, Xi Lounge, and a small library and reading room, enhancing convenience for residents.
The general supply subscription schedule for Bongdam Xi Lajenne is as follows: first-priority applications from other regions (Gyeonggi, Seoul, Incheon) on the 18th (Thursday), and second-priority applications on the 19th (Friday). Winners will be announced on the 25th (Thursday), and the official contract signing for winners will take place over three days from September 5th (Monday) to 7th (Wednesday).
