[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] CJ CheilJedang announced on the 17th that it has partnered with Krafton to launch a limited edition Hetbahn Cupbap Battlegrounds.
This product, featuring Battlegrounds characters on the container design, comes in four varieties: "Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl," "Spicy Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl," "Big Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl," and "Big Cheese Dakgalbi Rice Bowl." The chicken menu items were selected to add fun, inspired by the fixed phrase displayed when winning Battlegrounds ("I won-dak! Tonight's dinner is chicken-dak").
Inside the product is a random coupon that can be redeemed for G Coins (Battlegrounds' exclusive currency). The coins are randomly awarded from 100 coins up to a maximum of 10,000 coins and can be registered and used in the Battlegrounds store. The Hetbahn Cupbap Battlegrounds limited edition will be sold through all distribution channels, including convenience stores, large supermarkets, and online, until the end of this year.
A CJ CheilJedang official stated, "We partnered with the gaming industry to find new ways to communicate with the MZ generation, who seek fun while consuming," adding, "We will continue to introduce products and promotions that meet consumers' expectations and preferences."
