Changwon National University - Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital, Industry-Academic Agreement for Nursing Education and Research

The Department of Nursing at Changwon National University and the Nursing Department of Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital signed a mutual cooperation agreement on nursing education and research at Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Changwon National University and Changwon Hanmaeum Hospital announced on the 16th that they have signed a mutual cooperation agreement for nursing education and research.

The signing ceremony was attended by professors from the Department of Nursing at Changwon National University, the deputy director of nursing, and nursing managers from Hanmaeum Hospital, where they discussed on-site customized continuing education for nurses and nursing research activities.

According to the university, this agreement was established to collaboratively address clinical field issues beyond student education and employment in industry-academia cooperation.

Department Head Jeon Migyeong stated, “Through this agreement, we will create opportunities to develop a win-win model for both institutions in various areas such as practical training for nursing students, competency enhancement through continuing education for nurses, problem-solving based on clinical research, and development of nursing management systems.”
