Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 15th that subscription applications for 447 public sale housing units in Incheon Yeongjong District A-33 Block will begin on the 16th. The relatively affordable price in the 300 million KRW range is an advantage.
The housing units supplied this time all have an exclusive area of 84㎡. A total of 377 units will be supplied through special supply categories such as first-time homebuyers and newlyweds, and 70 units will be supplied through general supply. However, the number of general supply units may vary depending on the results of special supply applications.
The supply price averages 385.8 million KRW, with an average of 11.65 million KRW per 3.3㎡. Including balcony expansion costs, the housing units can be purchased at a price of up to 397.6 million KRW.
Applicants must be adult members of a household without a home residing in the metropolitan area (Incheon, Seoul, Gyeonggi) as of the announcement date, and must be subscribers to housing subscription savings (comprehensive housing subscription savings, subscription savings). Also, since subscription periods, payment counts, income and asset criteria differ by supply type, applicants must check the individual recruitment announcement carefully.
The supply types are divided into △special supply (multi-child families, elderly parent support, first-time homebuyers, newlyweds, national merit recipients, and institution recommendations) and △general supply, with priority given to residents of Incheon Metropolitan City.
Restrictions include a 10-year re-winning restriction, a 6-year resale restriction period, and a 3-year residence obligation.
The supply schedule is △subscription application (August 16?18) △winner announcement (August 31) △contract signing (November 14?18), with move-in expected in December 2024.
Incheon Yeongjong District offers access to Incheon Songdo, Cheongna, and western Seoul via Incheon International Airport Expressway, the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and the Airport Railroad Line. The transportation conditions are expected to improve significantly with the development of the 3rd Yeonryuk Bridge directly connecting to Cheongna International City (scheduled to open in 2025).
For detailed information such as subscription qualifications, please refer to the announcement posted on the LH Subscription Center website and the sales homepage. Telephone consultations are also available.
