Hanil Cement's Remital Business Division supplies advanced high-performance mobile silos to construction sites for high-functionality flooring work, such as reducing inter-floor noise. The mobile silo is equipment designed to supply large quantities of dry mortar for interior flooring and rooftop construction at construction sites.
Dry mortar companies deliver products to construction sites and provide them as a service, and Hanil Cement currently owns about 300 mobile silos, the largest number in the country.
Hanil Cement's mobile silos are equipped with sensors and automatic supply devices, introducing a quantitative weighing system. This system accurately supplies the amount of dry mortar and the water needed for mixing according to the product type.
This prevents material separation and ensures uniform mixing ratios, allowing the product's inherent characteristics to be fully expressed. It is also excellent for maintaining consistent quality, which is crucial during construction, and is suitable for high-performance products. Hanil Cement has also obtained a patent for this technology.
A Hanil Cement official stated, "The mobile silo has been recognized by construction workers for its convenience," adding, "It is regarded as a symbolic presence that workers prioritize at construction sites nationwide."
