The contract signing for the winners of the residential officetel ‘Misa Anello Switzen’ is being conducted until today, the 12th (Friday).

The residential officetel consists of a total of 449 units in 5 types: ▲Type A with 21㎡ exclusive area (20 units), ▲Type B with 36㎡ exclusive area (19 units), and ▲Types C to E with 41 to 44㎡ exclusive area (410 units), focusing on units over 40㎡, which are rare in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do.
‘Misa Anello Switzen’ offers a full-furnished system never seen before in Hanam officetels, including a 4-door bespoke refrigerator, built-in dishwasher, and wall-embedded shower fixtures, aiming to provide a differentiated daily life.
