Customers who wish to consult about the Safe Conversion Loan can call the bank's main number or Shinhan Bank branch main number, where the voice bot Solli will conduct basic consultations on limits, interest rates, and more. Through this, customers can easily and conveniently receive Safe Conversion Loan consultations without waiting time 24 hours a day, and if they want more detailed explanations, they can proceed with in-depth consultations through a consultant. In particular, related consultations are also provided through chatbot Aurora, which can be accessed by pressing the speech bubble at the bottom right of the Shinhan SOL main screen, further enhancing customer convenience.
