[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Seoul City announced that from 3:40 PM on the 10th, two-way vehicle traffic has resumed on the Gangbyeonbuk-ro section between Mapo Bridge and Dongjak Bridge.
Due to heavy rainfall concentrated in Seoul and the upper Han River area, the discharge volume from Paldang Dam increased, resulting in the closure of both directions on this section from midnight that day.
As of 4:20 PM, there are a total of two sections on Seoul urban expressways where two-way traffic control is in effect: ▲ Banpo-daero Jamsu Bridge ▲ Olympic-daero Gayang Bridge to Dongjak Bridge.
