Seo said, "Director Kim is the very embodiment of the Yoon administration's police control. He is now a ghost of military dictatorship that must disappear," and added, "President Yoon must immediately stop both the problematic personnel appointments and the police control."
At the press conference, Ahn Ho-jae, son of former Chief Ahn, said, "The immediate victims of the establishment of the Police Bureau will be the police. However, the ultimate victims will be the people," and added, "I will not stop my nationwide solo protests until the Yoon administration withdraws the Police Bureau."
