Applicants must be adult members of non-homeowner households residing in the relevant area and must be subscribers to housing subscription savings (comprehensive housing subscription savings or subscription savings). The eligibility requirements such as subscription period and number of payments vary depending on the supply type.
'Incheon Yeongjong A33 Block' announced the recruitment of residents on the 4th. A total of 447 public sale housing units will be supplied, all designed with a highly demanded exclusive area of 84㎡ and a 4-bay structure. The average supply price is 385.8 million KRW.
