[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the entrance ramp to the Dongbu Expressway has been completely closed since 5:40 PM on the 9th due to continuous heavy rain in the central region.

Seoul stated, "The water level at Wolgye 1-gyo Bridge on the Jungnangcheon River has exceeded the ramp closure level of 15.83m, leading to the full closure of the entrance ramp to the Dongbu Expressway."

Meanwhile, the city's Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters has requested citizens to check traffic conditions in advance and to use public transportation whenever possible.
