Selected Startups to Proceed with Technology Demonstration Within the Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Yeju] KOTRA announced on the 9th that it is recruiting startup participants for 'KOTRA Innovation Makers.'
KOTRA has identified seven challenges from various departments that they aim to solve through collaboration with startups, and they are seeking startups to address these challenges.
The seven challenges are ▲ Establishing a third-country digital due diligence metaverse platform ▲ Discovering diplomatic content using crawling (data collection method using search engine robots) and RPA (robotic process automation) ▲ Automated solution for collecting overseas ICT project information ▲ Creating dedicated survey forms for consultation logs and data processing ▲ Solution for collecting media articles and videos citing KOTRA research reports ▲ Chatbot for customer inquiry response ▲ Development of KOTRA’s representative virtual influencer.
Startups wishing to collaborate with KOTRA should watch the challenge introduction videos posted on KOTRA’s official website to understand the challenges, then submit a collaboration proposal utilizing their own technology. Afterward, through document and interview evaluations, technology verification with each department will proceed starting next month. Startups selected for outstanding collaboration results can receive a reward of up to 10 million KRW and a participation ticket for Global Jump 300.
Kim Yuntae, Head of KOTRA’s Small and Medium Enterprises Division, said, "If excellent startup technologies are introduced into KOTRA’s operations, it will create great synergy," adding, "We hope that Innovation Makers will accelerate KOTRA’s digital innovation and provide valuable references for startups."
