Digital Nutrition, a company specializing in the development of personalized health-enhancing sound and video, led by CEO Kim Na-young, announced on the 4th that it has signed an MOU for strategic business cooperation with MediHub, the operator of the online medical consultation platform DoctorPlex, led by CEO Yoo Sun-hyung.
Digital Nutrition develops sound and video solutions whose health improvement effects have been medically proven through actual clinical trials, and is preparing to sign supply contracts with domestic and international companies wishing to adopt these solutions. Digital Nutrition possesses in-house R&D personnel specializing in sound and artificial intelligence and is preparing to expand its business area to include B2C services in the form of an app in the future.
MediHub is a corporation jointly established by Aseptic, a domestic healthcare-focused investment firm, and Nuriplex, a global ICT solutions company, operating the DoctorPlex service, which has over 1,050 specialists registered as consultants across various medical departments.
Kim Na-young, CEO of Digital Nutrition, stated, “Through active exchange of R&D and human resource networks between the two companies, we expect to see meaningful business outcomes,” while Yoo Sun-hyung, CEO of MediHub, said, “Beyond technological infrastructure exchange, we will achieve significant cooperation in advancing both companies’ services and external promotion.”
