BBQ Chicken University Summer Vacation Unique Experience Activities for Youth Catch Attention

[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Genesis BBQ Group announced on the 3rd that its franchise specialized training institution, 'Chicken University,' has recently been gaining attention as a unique experiential space for teenagers.

According to BBQ, on the 29th of last month, 200 students from a Taekwondo academy in Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, participated in the Chicken Camp. During the two-day camp, the students engaged in unique experiential activities where they learned what ingredients are used and how the chicken they usually enjoy is made, made it themselves, and tasted it.

One student who participated in the program said, "I always just received cooked chicken, so I was curious about how it is made, and it was great to be able to make and eat chicken myself this time."

Based on Chicken University's thorough education system, BBQ has been designated as a 'Career Experience Certified Institution' by the Ministry of Education and a 'Vocational Competency Development Training Facility' by the Ministry of Labor, conducting career experience and exploration programs for middle and high school students as well as university students. In addition to career experience activities, Chicken Camps are regularly held for socially marginalized groups such as multicultural families and local child welfare centers.
