[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Woomi Construction announced on the 3rd that it will sell units in 'Geomdan New Town Woomirin Class One' in Seo-gu, Incheon this month.

'Geomdan New Town Woomirin Class One' is located within the Geomdan New Town residential development district in Seo-gu, Incheon. It consists of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 875 units, each with a floor area of 84㎡. The units are divided by floor area as follows: ▲84㎡A 465 units ▲84㎡B 213 units ▲84㎡C 197 units.

'Geomdan New Town Woomirin Class One' is a complex in the third phase of Geomdan New Town and offers a station-area location within walking distance of the soon-to-be-opened Geomdan extension line of Incheon Subway Line 1 (under construction, with 102 new stations planned). It is also convenient to access the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway.
