Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace Complex 2 and 3 Launch Sales... Promotion Center Grand Opening on the 5th

Prime Location Centered on Byeongjeom Station Core Development Plan... Close to Development Benefits and Rich Rental Demand for High Stability

Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace Complex 2 and 3 Launch Sales... Promotion Center Grand Opening on the 5th

Seohae General Construction announced that the residential officetel complex ‘Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace Complexes 2 and 3’ will open its model house on August 5 and begin sales.

This complex previously recorded a three-digit competition rate of 124.4 to 1 in the sales of Complex 1, attracting high market interest.

Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace will be built with a total of 333 units across three complexes (Complex 1 with 90 units, Complex 2 with 153 units, and Complex 3 with 90 units). Complex 2, scheduled for sale, will have 153 units, and Complex 3 will have 90 units. The residential spaces will be offered in a single exclusive area of 84㎡ with a 3-4 bay design.

Located in the station area of Byeongjeom Station, Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace is gaining attention as a beneficiary of the Byeongjeom-dong development project. The Byeongjeom-dong development project is planned around Byeongjeom Station on Subway Line 1, which has become a key regional transportation hub with express trains passing through. Through this project, residents will be able to conveniently travel throughout the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul and Suwon, by using Subway Line 1, Dongtan Tram, GTX, and more.

A large-scale urban development district, equivalent to 52 soccer fields, is planned in the Byeongjeom Complex Town currently underway on the west side of Byeongjeom Station. Around Byeongjeom Station on Metropolitan Subway Line 1, convenient and pleasant living infrastructure such as residential, commercial, public administration, cultural, and natural facilities are actively being established. Accordingly, expectations for the increase in future value of the surrounding area are rising day by day.

The limited supply of new apartments in the Byeongjeom-dong area also adds value. The Byeongjeom-dong area boasts excellent educational conditions and high residential preference, but most nearby apartments are complexes over 10 years old. New supply has mainly been focused on new towns, making new complexes highly valued for their rarity. In this situation, the new residential officetel sales of Byeongjeom Station Sky Palace are attracting high interest from local residents.

It is also highly regarded in terms of stability. There is sufficient demand from workers at Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Campus, Giheung Campus, Suwon General Industrial Complex, and Samsung Electronics Industrial Complex. Additionally, nearby are elementary, middle, and high schools such as Byeongjeom Elementary, Saebom Elementary, Byeongjeom Middle, and Byeongjeom High, as well as numerous universities including Hanshin University, Kyung Hee University, and Suwon University.

An official stated, “Currently, most apartments in Byeongjeom-dong are aged 10 to 20 years or more,” adding, “Since new supply has been scarce in the area, inquiries from demanders about this supply are continuing.”

Meanwhile, a prize event will be held at the Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace model house. On-site draws will award prizes such as LG Objet Styler, Samsung Bespoke vacuum cleaner, 10-person pressure cooker, and 10-inch circulator. The draws will take place at the model house at 3 PM on August 5 (Friday), August 7 (Sunday), and August 13 (Saturday, limited to applicants).
